Dramatic Union: How can I explain…Romeo came to me through a friend that her boyfriend’s brother was about to kill Romeo (an excerpt from Liliana):

I got a frantic call from a friend. I could hear in her voice she was scared. She told me, “Please Lilly, he will kill Romeo! Please tell me he can stay with you.” I had no idea who Romeo was. At first I thought she was speaking of a person, and then I realized she was talking about a dog when she added, “Romeo bit the nose of his daughter! He wants to kill Romeo!” After she calmed down, she explained to me that Romeo had bit a 3 year old and that the owner had tried killing the dog. He failed in killing the dog because his wife pulled him away while he was choking Romeo. (read the rest of the story HERE)

Fun Stuff: Romeo’s paws smell like popcorn!

    Fantastic, more Canadians!

Romeo looks so happy and fuzzy and sweet. It’s hard to picture him being aggressive. Especially with the pompom. Love it. 🙂

OMG, I can’t believe someone actually tried to kill precious little dog. I know that you sometimes have to be very careful with certain dogs and children but still . . . . anyway, so very glad he was saved and is now happy in a good home!! I will check out her blog.

  5. What an awesome photo. Looks like he’s smiling!

  6. That is quite dramatic. It looks like he has a great life with you. That first shot is my favorite also.

  7. Liliana says:

Thank you so much for the nice comments:) I love taking pictures and he loves posing for them:) I try to be the best mommy and give little Romeo all that he never had. Since that day that he came to us scared and neglected…he has become my little guardian Angel and inspiration. XoXoXo
