A great big welcome to our latest R.O.A.R. Squad member: Lindsay from North Dakota!

Gorgeous Rescue Pets: Ace the 5 year old black lab/hound mix, Beamer the 8 year old creme tabby and Scout the 5 year old gray tabby

About Lindsay: I own a dog running and pet sitting business called Run That Mutt. I also maintain the dog training and behavior blog ThatMutt.com.

Drool Flung in a Single Bound: Ace was listed as a courtesy posting for a rescue called Adopt-A-Pet of Fargo-Moorhead. Ace can fling his drool more than six feet high onto our walls and can drink a whole toilet bowl of water.

Garburator Kitty: Beamer was adopted from the Fargo-Moorhead Humane Society.  Beamer will eat absolutely anything we leave out (bananas, raw potatoes, apples, garbage) so we have to keep all our food locked in cabinets and our garbage behind a closed door.

Fetch? Scout was a kitten from an accidental litter. A friend of mine took in all the kittens and guess who ended up adopting one? Scout likes to play fetch and play with water.

We are well on our way to reaching our goal of finding at least one rescue owner from every state in the U.S. and at least one rescue owner from every province and territory in Canada by April 2011. WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We’re looking for rescue dogs, cats, rabbits, parrots… donkeys… snakes… we’re not biased around here. We just want rescues who have found fabulous homes! Check out all the R.O.A.R. Squad members HERE.
